You can offer a rebate!

To do this:

  • Disclose the rebate in the purchase and sale agreement for the property.

  • Disclose to all parties of the transaction including the lender and the title.

  • Add the disclosure to your loop for the transaction.

  • Request a CDA through your Real app and note the rebate to be provided in the request.

  • Real will authorize the rebate on your behalf via the CDA (Commission Disbursement Authorization).

Please note that you will be taxed on the amount prior to the rebate being provided. Also note, Real's commission comes from the gross commission and the rebate will be deducted from the agent split.

The CDA will have the details about the rebate included. You may request a CDA through the app, click My Profile> Request CDA to receive the CDA.
