Once you join Real, you start to receive an important group of emails. This includes an initial welcome email, as well as a series of specific on-boarding emails and in-app messages.

Pay careful attention to these messages. They walk you through the very first steps you will take as a Real agent. 

You'll also be asked to sign up for an on-boarding call with our success team. This call is meant to answer any of your questions and ensure that you get set up on all of our systems.

  • Real's help center at http://support.joinreal.com or My Profile > Support in the Real app has a searchable database of FAQs.

  • Weekly conference calls on agent support, marketing, and residential sales.

  • Video and audio library of training calls – an archive of these calls can be found on our Facebook page (for our video conference calls) or in the Real app (for our conference calls).

  • Real Academy is a curated set of video-based lessons on lead generation, doing deals, motivation, and teams, each of which features a set of videos, articles and quizzes. Learn more here.

  • Continuing education discounts are also available through Real's partnership with McKissock and Brightwood. Learn more here.

  • Local live events address topics of the day such as leveraging iBuyers and winning FSBOs. 

  • The Monday Report email details all available live training and events for the upcoming week.
