Dotloop is a free resource to all agents to complete and track your transaction documents. For you, it is a place to share documents with your clients, get signatures, update status of transactions, and upload copies of checks and other commission documents. 

Here's a quick rundown of how to use dotloop.

  1.  If you need a dotloop account, go to My Profile > View and improve profile >  Select My dotloop account under My Tools

  2. All documents are uploaded to dotloop. 

  3. To upload for a new transaction, create a new loop and title it: NAME OF PROPERTY. If it is a referral or other transaction, add the address when available.

  4. Keep the transaction status up to date. (Pre-Offer, Under Contract, Sol, Archived).

  5. Submit for broker review: Contract, any amendments, and Commission Agreement.
