You can choose to receive your ReadyConnect Concierge (formerly Opcity) referral alerts in one of two ways:
SMS/text message: When you have a new referral available to claim, you’ll receive a text message with the referral’s information and ‘Claim’ link.
If you choose this notification mode, your referral alerts will be sent from this “Short Code” number: 51679. We recommend adding this number as a contact in your phone and saving it under a clear name (e.g. “Realtor.com Referral Alerts”). You can even give it a custom text tone so you can easily distinguish referral alerts from other incoming text messages.
Note: If you have previously unsubscribed to SMS Notifications, please text ‘START’ to 51670.
Mobile push notification: When you have a new referral available to claim, you’ll receive a push notification with the referral’s information. When you tap the notification, it will open the mobile app, where you can either ‘Claim’ or ‘Skip’ the referral.
If you choose to go with this notification mode, make sure your phone is properly set up to receive push notifications from the mobile app. Here’s a step-by-step guide for how to do that.
Important note: If you download and log into the mobile app, your notification mode will automatically update to this option. You can update it to SMS/text message at any time using the instructions below.
We encourage you to choose whichever option works best with your mobile device. As a general rule, referral alerts are delivered an average of 2-3 seconds faster when sent via push notification versus SMS/text message. However, the speed of delivery depends on your service plan, service provider, data plan, phone model, and WiFi connection.
Please note that you must select one of these methods over the other. While you cannot have both notification modes enabled simultaneously, you can change your preferred mode at any time.
