Ensure the ReadyConnect Concierge (formerly Opcity) mobile app is installed on your phone and notifications are properly turned on.

  1. Download the mobile app for the iPhone or Android if you have not already done so. If you’ve already downloaded the app, make sure you have the latest version installed.

  2. Make sure your phone is not set to ‘Do Not Disturb’ mode. Here are instructions on how to check:

  3. Check your phone settings to ensure you’ve given the mobile app permission to send you push notifications. Here are instructions on how to check:

Once the mobile app is installed on your phone, open it up and log in to your account using the same credentials you use on desktop. Once you’re logged in, tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner to pull up the ‘Settings’ screen. From there, tap ‘Notification Mode’ and make sure you have the ‘Mobile Push Notification’ option checked.

If you are using an iPhone, the banner style should be set to "persistent" and show previews should be set to "always."
