LinkedIn is the most important professional social network and one that every real estate professional should take advantage of. 

First, build your personal profile.  

  • Upload the same professional photo you use for your Real profile.

  • Add the personal headline you created for your Real profile.

  • Fill out the “summary” field with 5–6 of your biggest, most relevant achievements, including volunteer work.

  • Add media files such as an introduction video, listing images or documents to your experience. 

  • Add links to relevant sites like your joinreal website URL.

  • Ask for recommendations. Reach out to past colleagues, managers, and clients.

  • Use status updates to share real-estate relevant content. 

After you've built your personal profile, create a LinkedIn company page

  • Fill in all of the information about your business on your page, including your  your joinreal website URL, links to other social accounts

  • Add your specialties, who you service, where and what kinds of transactions

  • Add other qualifying details like Realtor certifications, awards, past brokerages
